We currently employ about 50 people and due to continued growth are interested in hearing from qualified applicants for the positions listed below.

Always accepting applications for:

CNC Machinist:

• Must be able to set up and machine components on a lathe or a mill with fanuc controls without assistance
• Must be able to do SPC inspection during cycle run times
• Must be able to read and work from blueprints
• Must have minimum of 4 years experience in CNC Machining
• Must have math and computer skills.
• Must have own Machinist tools

Estimator:

• Ability and experience in quoting incoming requests for bid
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, welding and machining
• Computer CAD engineering experience helpful
• At least 4 years experience as a estimator
• Excellent math and computer skills a must
• Material pricing, Steel and fastener knowledge.
• Some sales background

Machinery Assembler:

• Must be a motivated self-starter able to work with little supervision
• Must have some electrical, hydraulic and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read blue prints to assembly portable and in plant roll forming machines
• Must have own tools for assembly
• Be mechanically inclined

Laser Operators:

• Must be able to set up and run industrial CO2 Mits laser cutters
• Must be able to read and work off of blue prints and programs
• Must have minimum of 4 years experience
• Should know how to use precision measuring tools

Manual Machinist:

• Must be able to set up and machine components on a manual lathe and mill without assistance
• Must be able to do SPC inspection during cycle run times
• Must be able to read and work from blueprints
• Must have minimum of 4 years experience in Machining
• Must have math and computer skills
• Must have own Machinist tools

Precision Sheet Metal Fabricator:

• Must have an extensive knowledge of setup and production of various precision machining tools to include power shear, CNC turret punch and precision NC press brakes
• Must have math and computer skills
• Must be able to read and work from bluprints
• Must have a minimum of 4 years experience
• Must have own precision and hand tools

Production Welder:

• Must be able to set up weld machines with proper gas and wire
• Must be able to prepare materials to be welded
• Mild steel, Stainless steel and Aluminum
• Must be able to weld components using proper techniques controlling distortion, shrinkage, and weld size to finish
• Weld assemblies must meet or exceed customer requirements in a timely manner
• Must be experienced in Mig, Tig and Heliarc welding
• Some metal finishing required
• Must have a minimum of 4 years experience
• Ability to plan work with the flexibility to work independently or as a part of the team
• Must be able to pass weld and written test

Quality Control Inspector:

• Must understand QC principals and be computer literate
• Ability to first article, in process, and final inspection required
• Ability to use precision measuring tools, CMM, optical comparitor, etc.
• Ability to read and understand blue prints and tolerances
• Must have 4 years experience in QC
• Must have management skills
• Knowledge of ISO 9000

Shipping and Receiving:

• Must be organized and able to keep daily logs
• Must be computer literate
• Certified to drive a forklift. Knowledge of different types of steel, flat and round stock
• Ability to read a micrometer and a caliper with knowledge of mill spec
• Must have at least 4 years experience
• Be able to multi task and take orders from plant manager
• Must have leadership skills
