• Mori Seiki SL- 4 Lathe - 10 tool turret, capacity: (14" X), (24" Z) with quick change jaws.
• Mori Seiki CL-25 Lathe - Equipped with an automatic gantry loading system. Plus a 12 station tool holder. The chuck has quick change jaws and supports up to (16" Z) diameter material. Capable: 10" diameter, 20 lbs. The Mori Seiki also has an automatic "Tool Life Management System". Equipped with tool presetter.
• Mori Seiki SL-25A/500 Lathe - 12 station turret, 42-4200 RPM, chuck 8", FANUC 10T control.

Power Press Break Equipment

• Toyokoki HYB-250 - This CNC controlled, 250 metric ton press brake was developed by combining the best aspects of a conventional hydraulic brake with an AC Servo brake. It is capable of bending all types of metal with a ram repeatability of several microns. Capacity: 250 metric tons, 14' long. Bending up to 1/2" thick HR plate, 10'. long.
• Amada FAB-125 - Fine Angle Bender - Electronic digital programmable control; Capacity: 135 tons, 10 ft. long. Bending up to 3/16" plate, 10' long.
• Amada FAB RG25 - Fine Angle Bender - Capacity: 25 Ton, 49.3" length.

Punching Equipment

• US Amada N/C Turret (55 Ton) Punch Press - Model 567 - Coma, 50-60-72, 44 stations, 50 tons of punching force. Capacity: punch 3/8" mild steel plate, nibble 1/4" mild steel plate. Punching sheet sizes up to 60" x 144".
• GEKA 50 Ton Ironworker - Maximum hole size: 1-3/8". Punching up to 7 gauge mild steel and 1/4" aluminum.
• MUBEA 33 Ton Press - Capacity: 1-1/8" hole thru 3/8" mild steel.

Power Roller Equipment

• Power Roller - 6" minimum diameter X 5¹ long. Capacity: 1/4" thick mild steel. 3/16" thick stainless steel.
• Roller - 4" minimum diameter X 6¹ long. Capacity: 16 GA mild steel or 18 GA stainless steel.

Shearing, Notching and Sawing Equipment

• US Amada 10¹ Power Shear - Capacity: minimum to 1/2" without rollover or burrs, capable of slitting over 10¹ lengths. Shearing up to 1/4" stainless and 1/2" mild steel.
• US Amada Corner Notcher - Capacity: 1/4" x 8" x 90 degree cut out in mild steel.
• US Amada Band Saw Model HFA-330 - Capacity: 12" diameter with programmable auto-feed and cut to length.
• Marvel Saw - Capacity: 12" x 12". Capable of cutting most any angle.

Hardware insertion Equipment

• Auto Insert Model X-7 Automatic Pem-Serter - Equipped to install up to 3/8-16 capacity pem-nut, rivets, etc.

Tube Bending Equipment

• RMD-300 Rotary Draw Tube & Pipe Bender - Bending a wide range of materials up to 180 degrees.

• Hobart Cyber Wave 300 - Digital, programmable, 350 amps capable of welding aluminum, steel, and stainless steel.
• 10 Miller Wire Welders - Capacity: range from 200 amps to 600 amps w/wire sizes from .020 to 3/32" flux core.
• 4 Miller Heliarc Welders - 300 amps
• 100 KVA Spot Welder - Combined thickness 3/16" to 5/16", including spot welding of aluminum.
• Nelson Series 250 Model 100 CD Welder - Capacity: to 1/4" stud on aluminum and 5/16" stud on carbon steel and stainless steel.
• 6 Axis Panasonic Welding Robot - With 6-1/2' radius reach. Includes turntable station, servo head and tailstock, and external 7th axis head and tailstock.

Finishing Equipment

• Powder Coating Booth - Cutting edge technology in powder coating. Oven size is 8¹ x 12¹ x 17'. Capable of handling large parts

• Trinco Glass Bead Blaster
• Hard Chrome Plating Line - Industrial Hard Chrome OD plating of small to medium parts for hardness and wear resistance. File thickness Flash Coats .005 to .015 thick. Hardness, Rockwell 70 to 72. Can also plate ferrous metals.
