Steel Studs Machines | top

PS1200 Steel Stud and Track Rollfoming Machine | more information

PS1200 portable steel stud machines are capable of producing steel studs and track in 8", 10", and 12" widths as well as in various gauges. This allows the production of steel studs for use in floor and roof framing.

This machine is driven by a servo motor and can run an amazing 75 feet per minute. The flying punch allows material to keep moving while punching. It is capable of rollforming different sizes of materials from 24 to 14 gauge.

PS800 Steel Stud and Track Rollforming Machine | more information

PS800 portable steel stud machines come equipped with stud and track kits capable of producing steel studs and track in 3 5/8", 6 and 8" widths as well as in various gauges. This allows the production of steel studs for use in both wall and floor / roof framing.

This machine is driven by a servo motor and can run an amazing 75 feet per minute. The flying punch allows material to keep moving while punching. It is capable of rollforming different sizes of materials from 24 to 14 gauge.

PS600 Steel Studs and Track Rollforming Machine | more information

PS600 portable steel stud machines come equipped with stud and track kits capable of producing steel studs and track in 2 1/2", 3 1/2", 5 1/2" and 6" widths as well as in various gauges. This allows the production of steel studs for use in both load bearing and non-load bearing walls.

PS600 standard features include an electric servo main drive which allows the machine to run at speeds up to 75' (22.86m) per minute. For maximum efficiency, this machine comes equipped with quick change shear cassettes and color coded spacers allowing production of four different stud widths. Capable of producing up to 375 10' studs an hour, the PS600 can be used in both on-site and in-plant operations.

JS5 - 5" Gutter Rollforming Machines | more information

These newly desinged JS5 portable seamless gutter machines are capable of producing 5", residential grade, K-Style gutter from steel, aluminum and copper. Changing from diffenent materials is now a breeze, with little to no adjustments.

JS5 gutter machine standard features include a power driven bullet roller, chain and gear driven rollers, bolt-on double reel support stand, one steel reel and an E-Z cut shear. Also offered are low voltage electronic motor controls, double outlet with a weatherproof cover for accessories and a bead style crimper with stainless steel rollers. Capable of producing up to 35 feet of K-Style gutter per minute, these gutter machines can be used in both on-site and in-plant operations.

JS6 - 6" Gutter Rollforming Machines | more information

JS6 portable seamless gutter machines are capable of producing 6", residential and light commercial grade, K-Style gutter from steel, aluminum or copper.

JS6 standard features include a power driven bullet roller, chain and gear driven rollers, rolling double reel support stand, one steel reel and an E-Z cut shear. Also offered is an emergency shut-off switch and a double outlet with weatherproof cover for accessories. Capable of producing up to 35 feet of K-Style gutter per minute, these gutter machines can be used in both on-site and in-plant operations.

JS6-HR - 6" Half Round Gutter Rollforming Machines | more information

JS6-HR portable seamless gutter machines are capable of producing 6", residential grade, half round gutter from steel, aluminum or copper.

JS6-HR standard features include chain and sprocket driven roller dies, bolt-on double reel support stand, one reel and a hand operated shear. Capable of producing approximately 28 feet of half round gutter per minute, these gutter machines can be used in both on-site and in-plant operations.

JS7 portable seamless gutter machines are capable of producing 7", commercial grade, Box-Style gutter from steel or aluminum.

JS7 standard features include a decoiler with adjustable friction brake, chain and gear driven forming rollers, rolling single reel support stand, one steel reel and a split blade cam style shear. Also offered is a safety electrical system with GFI, manual reset, emergency shutoff switch and a weatherproof double outlet. Capable of producing up to 35 feet of industrial Box-Style gutter per minute, these gutter machines can be used in both on-site and in-plant operations.

The portable elbow forming machines are capable of producing 2" x 3" and 3" x 4" elbows for residential and commercial applications. Elbows can be produced from steel, aluminum or copper.

Elbow machines standard features include a front mounted crimper, positive dual engagement system, a reverse switch and an auto switch for size/angle changes between profiles. Also offered are heavy duty double cam followers, all steel unitized frame, direct drive 1 1/2 HP electric motor and a baked on powder coat finish.

SL12/16 - Metal Roofing Panel Rollforming Machines | more information

Snap Lock portable metal roofing panel machines are capable of producing 12 and 16 inch wide architectural snap lock (Nail Leg) style metal roofing panels for residential and light commercial applications. This machine forms continuous metal roofing panels for eave to ridge installation and its design eliminates the need for an additional fastener. Metal panels can be produced from steel, aluminum or copper.

Snap Lock standard features include an E-Z cut guillotine shear, one steel reel, a double reel decoiler stand with friction brake and an automatic screw/nail hole slotter. Also offered is a length control limit switch, 10 forming stations, adjustable chrome plated roller, gear, chain and sprocket. Capable of producing up to 35 feet of snap lock metal roofing panel per minute, this machine can be used in both on-site and in-plant operations.

RHC and SG1- Metal Roofing Hat Channel Rollforming Machine | more information

RHC and SG1 are portable metal roofing hat channel machines capable of producing a furring strip for residential and commercial metal roofing applications. Metal roofing hat channel can be produced using 26 to 20 gauge steel. This profile has a variety of different uses. Including interior and exterior wall furring and new metal roofing installation. It can also be used in some steel framing applications. The RHC is a must for a complete metal roofing and building system.

RHC standard features include an E-Z cut guillotine shear, length control limit switch and 7 driven forming stations. Also offered are hardened machine steel rollers and a material oiler unit. Capable of producing up to 35 feet of hat channel furring strips per minute, this machine can be used in both on-site and in-plant operations.
