PS1200 - Steel Stud and Track Roll Forming Machine

The PS1200 in-plant stud forming machine is capable of producing stud and track in three different sizes: 8", 10" and 12".

Producing at 75 feet per minute, this is the fastest machine on the market.

The efficient flying punch allows material to keep moving while punching.

This machine is capable of rollforming heavy gauge steel from 24 to 14 gauge.

The servo motor main drive allows precision accuracy and control.
